Weirdest package ever.

Half of my cremated grandpa showed up today, courtesy of UPS.

He died earlier this year, and there was some family drama about what to do for his memorial, so his remains ended up getting split between people, and half of him is in the living room. Its pretty bizarre.

We didn't see him that often, and when he got sick the last time, his wife didn't let any of his family know until he had already passed, so I kind of haven't come to terms with the fact that he's not around anymore. I don't know if I want to.

Also: I guess I um.. always thought cremation turned you into dust? It looks more like gravel than dust. Certainly nothing that will blow theatrically away in the wind.

..I wonder if UPS knows they're in the business of ferrying corpses.
